I’ve used this app for awhile (since 5/15) and it used to work great—maybe a little slow, but good enough for me. Or at least it was until IT STOPPED WORKING recently. Every time i try to open it now I get an an error message telling me that it’s “quit unexpectedly” and I have no idea why. Possibly, this has to do with an update but i already updated everything and it’s still happening. The “support” for this app is a joke (i clicked on it and was taken to a website where they direct you to an unhelpful FAQ page and an outdated forum that nobody visits).

I used this app and it was wonderful for over 2 years and now it crashes when I open it!! I see no updates - running imac w/10.11.3

I’ve used Audiobook Builder heavily since I bought it some time ago and I am completely satisfied. The only problems I have had were caused by Apple messing up App Store app certifications. This is the same problem referred to previously by another rating below. I emailed the company and they replied promptly and helped me resolve it quickly. I am very impressed both by their application and by their customer service. I highly recommend both.

Used to be a great app. Now it does not work with the latest OS.

Used to love this program! But I just upgraded to a new iMac with ElCapitan, and it now crashes upon launching. It needs fixing! When it’s working, it does a great job of building audio books from CD files.

I’ve used the app for 5 years and love it. It wouldn’t open today (Feb 28 2016) and I had to follow the simple instructions on their support website to fix. I had to delete my version of the app and then download again from the app store and then it worked again perfectly. Simple easy fix. Apparently it has something to do with apple certificate in the app. It is very easy to convert audiobooks from CDs to iTunes files with this application. I use it when I borrow an audiobook from the library - I can then listen to the book using my iPhone. The files created are organized correctly in my iTunes library without any effort on my part except for loading the CDs into the disk drive when prompted.

the only complaint is sometiems it really has issues with some cd’s even new ones.

Product does everything I need and their customer support has rapid response time and solved all issues.

I had been using this app for years. It is the best way to combine iTune tracks into a single iTunes audiobook. I prefer iTunes to rip the your CD and drag tracks. You can drag cover art and type in meta data. You have control over the size of parts and quality. Nothing more I would want it to do.

I love to read but I do not have time to sit and read all the books I want to read, not to mention that it is not good for my heart to sit for hour after hour. With Audiobook Builder I can convert my CD’s to a format that works with my Itouch and listen to my hearts content with I keep on the move. Thank you for creating such a great app.
