I frequently get audiobooks from disc and this is an awesome way to combine them and convert them into iTunes. I even had some old files I had converted with iTunes, back when you could use iTunes for that, that converted very easily. It is a great program and would recommend that anyone buy it.

This is one of the few apps that I purchased and it is well worthy the price if you need to convert audio books from CD so they will play appropriately on your iPad, iPod or iPhone. The creators are very responsive. Any time I have had an issue, and there haven’t been many, they were quick to help. One other thing…iTunes does not play very well with audiobooks which IMHO should have their own app and any problems I have had have been due to iTunes and not this application. I highly recommend it!

I’ve been using this app for almost two years and have no complaints. I have stopped using the cover feature due to issue between Audiobook Builder and iTunes. But other than that one issue I the app performs well and I have had not troubles playing the audiobooks on either my iPod or iPhone.

I have been using ABB for. . . oh, I don’t know how many years, but a long time. It does everything I need it to do and it makes it super easy to convert my CD and mp3-CD audiobooks to digital format. I know there are alot of great features that I don’t use b/c I don’t need all the fancy stuff. I convert, transfer to iPhone, listen to the books and then delete them as I have no need to keep them. This app is clean, simple and easy to use/understand. No need to shop around - this is the app you want.

Well, I guess I could live without it, but life wouldn’t be a easy! This is great for turning an audiobook cds into a file that you can listen to on the go using your phone, or in my case, my iPod which I refuse to give up! It makes it so quick and convenient to put all the cds into one audiobook file, I love it.

I use this app all the time. I love audiobooks and personal development courses. I used to get stuck with hundreds of mp3s with confusing titles. Keeping track of my place was impossible and I often ended up listening to the same part of the audiobook or course over and over again. Audiobook builder to the rescue. I can load all of my audiobook or course mp3s into a single file. The m4b file that audiobook builder makes shows up in ibooks, the native iphone/ipad book and audiobook app and also in audible. Although I’m sure any audiobook app can play them. Now I don’t have to scroll through hundreds of ill named files to find my place. Audiobooks are incredibly easy to store on my phone. One file name. The best part is that the file holds your place when you exit the app. So if I have to stop listening to take a call and dont start listening again for a few days, it will pick up right where I left off. This app is very easy to use. You just drag and drop your files into the app and then click “build audiobook”. It couldn’t be simpler. 5 stars

Audiobook Builder is a straight forward application that allows for the simple yet ample conversion of audio books into a high quality digital format. Besides importing cover art, our favorite feature is the automatic ejection and prompting of the next CD to be loaded. This allows us to work on other applications while the conversion is done in the background, without having to continualy return to the application.

I have used Audio Book Builder for some time. It works pretty weel for that task Lately I am seeing lots of errors. I do not know what happened

I’ve used the app for 5 years and love it. It is very easy to convert audiobooks from CDs to iTunes files with this application. I use it when I borrow an audiobook from the library - I can then listen to the book using my iPhone. The files created are organized correctly in my iTunes library without any effort on my part except for loading the CDs into the disk drive when prompted.

Only problem is I sometimes have to resave some files to get them to load into the builder, just takes more time. But for the most part I have no problems and it works great.

Great program and good value. Guides you step-by-step and and does exactly what I want it to.

Ive been using the Audiobook Builder for quite an Im yet to have a problem with it. It does a great job and I highly recommend it.

My brother-in-law buys audiobook CDs which he plays in his truck while he drives. Then he gives the CDs to me. But I don’t have a CD player, so I use AudioBook Builder (ABB) to generate M4B files for iTunes. I load these files onto my iPhone for listening at my leisure. ABB is easy to use - I can just feed the CDs into my PC CD reader while I do other work. A bargain!

Audiobook Builder does what it is supposed to do. I find it straight forward and easy to use.

I really enjoy audiobooks, especially ones from the British company, “Big Finish Productions.” Unfortunately, my computer does not love having all those files stuffed on to it, so I like to create my own audiobooks to save space. I’ve played with various ways to do it, but the Audiobook Builder app is the best option, by like a zillion miles. It compresses space without a noticeable loss in audio quality, and I love the flexibility of arranging my audiobooks exactly the way I like them. I also like that the creators of the app don’t keep tweaking the program. It simply WORKS, and works perfectly, so they let me get on with my audiobook addiction in peace without trying to force unneccessary bells and whistles on me. I’m pretty sure that they’d be responsive if you have any issue, but I don’t know that for certain because I’ve never had any issue with the app. None at all, and I use it a LOT. If you want to turn audiobook CDs into files that can go on your phone or iPod, you’d be foolish to look anywhere else for an app. This one works beautifully and will do everything you could possibly want from the program. This was and remains one of the best purchases I’ve ever made from iTunes.

I have used this app for years and it is by the far the easist way to convert MP3’s from cds to into MP4’s for listing on my iphone. I highly recomend this software to anyone who wants to make high quaility audiobooks from cd’s.

This is a fantastic app I record my teachers lectures then I make them a small compressed audiobook file complete with chapters and artwork it works perfectely for me
